Elizabeth Olsen and Benedict Cumberbatch call Chris Hemsworth ‘divine’

  • Elizabeth Olsen and Benedict Cumberbatch agreed that Chris Hemsworth was the MCU’s finest hero.
  • They gushed about Hemsworth and called him “godly” in a new video for LADbible.
  • “He’s also charming and funny and kind and he’s a good actor,” Olsen added.

‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ actors Elizabeth Olsen and Benedict Cumberbatch agree that Marvel star Chris Hemsworth is the best looking superhero of the bunch.

The Aussie actor appeared in a new video segment Olsen and Cumberbatch starred in for LADbible as part of the “Multiverse of Madness” press tour.

During the game, the two actors were tasked with expressing their opinions on the debates on the Internet. After indicating whether or not they agreed with a statement, the stars discussed their responses.

For the first question, Olsen and Cumberbatch were unanimous in their opinions of Hemsworth.

“Let’s talk about Hemsworth,” Lizzie said after she and her co-star laughed.

“And the other Chris?” asked Cumberbatch.

It’s unclear which Chris he was referring to since the MCU has two additional actors with that name: Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Captain America) and Chris Pratt (Peter Quill/Star-Lord).

“Well, Hemsworth is godly,” Olsen said.

“He’s a godly man, yes he is,” Cumberbatch, who plays Dr. Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange, said in agreement.

Hemsworth made his debut as Thor, the God of Thunder, in “Thor” in 2011. Since then, he’s reprized the role in several MCU films, including two “Thor” sequels and the “Avengers” films.

He will return as the character of “Thor: Love and Thunder,” in theaters July 8.

Olsen, who plays Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, said the few times she worked with him, she was impressed with his muscles.

“His arms…not like that, to me, it’s beautiful. But it’s kind of wild to see in real life,” she said.

Cumberbatch agreed, saying, “You kind of keep looking and saying, ‘Is this real? “”

“It’s way bigger than my head,” Olsen said of Hemsworth’s massive arms. “I also have a small head. But it’s way bigger than my head.”

“It’s a big, big arm. It’s a huge arm,” Cumberbatch admitted.

Olsen went on to say that it’s not Hemsworth’s ripped physique that makes him a star.

“He’s also charming and funny and kind and he’s a good actor,” she said.

Olsen and Cumberbatch also agreed that there were a few other fine Marvel co-stars besides Hemsworth: Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier), Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Falcon/Captain America) and Josh Brolin ( Thanos).
